Supporting Human Resources is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Our HR lead Rebekah is a Chartered Fellow of the of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. With over 28 years experience gained through working in small/medium, national and international organisations, in Retail, Aviation, Not for Profit ,Telecoms, Utilities , Road Traffic Management and Pharmaceuticals.
Our clients are small to medium businesses ranging from 2-75 employees . As owner operators they have found our support invaluable in negotiating the challenges which come with working in a small business alongside the people you manage.
Although many of our clients have gained experience in the corporate world, for their own businesses they prefer a less rigid approach, essentially cherry picking the best bits of the corporate world and dampening down on unnecessary process and bureaucracy.
Our Philosophy
We at Supporting Human Resources recognise that in a small organisation a traditional one-size-fits-all approach does not necessarily work. We try to tailor approaches to fit the organisation and are known for our innovative work around solutions. The clients we work with have approached us via a recommendation.
