I set up Supporting Human Resources over ten years ago having gained experience in a variety of sectors as both an operational lead and a HR Partner. With over 28 years experience working in small/medium, national and international organisations, in Retail, Aviation, Not for Profit ,Telecoms, Logistics, Utilities , Road Traffic Management and Pharmaceuticals. Supporting Human Resources is uniquely placed to work alongside small to medium businesses who are either ready to take the next step in terms of growing and developing their people. Or require support in dealing with employee relations matters.
