Hi, I'm Rebekah Rayner, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
Supporting Human Resources is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Our HR lead Rebekah is a Chartered Fellow of the of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. With over 28 years experience gained through working in small/medium, national and international organisations, in Retail, Aviation, Not for Profit ,Telecoms, Utilities , Road Traffic Management and Pharmaceuticals.

Although many of our clients have gained experience in the corporate world, for their own businesses they prefer a less rigid approach, essentially cherry picking the best bits of the corporate world and dampening down on unnecessary process and bureaucracy.
We at Supporting Human Resources recognise that in a small organisation a traditional one-size-fits-all approach does not necessarily work. We try to tailor approaches to fit the organisation and are known for our innovative work around solutions.
